AVA by VetPawer
In 2025, we launched the AVA integration, an AI-powered assistant that helps practices stay connected with clients around the clock. AVA can handle appointment bookings, prescription refill requests, and client inquiries across phone, website, or social media. By automating routine front desk tasks, AVA frees up your team to focus on urgent calls and in-clinic care, while helping improve client experience and pharmacy revenue..

Digital Practice
We introduced the Digital Practice integration to help veterinary teams communicate faster and more efficiently. The integration pulls client and patient information from ezyVet, ensuring messages are accurate and relevant. Every conversation is saved back to the client record, keeping data up to date and reducing manual entry. This makes client communication simpler, improves the client experience, and frees your team to focus on delivering excellent care.

Inventory Ally makes inventory management easier and smarter by automating what used to be a time-consuming task. By combining ezyVet’s real-time transactional data with Inventory Ally’s advanced replenishment algorithms, the integration grants complete visibility into your stock levels and purchasing needs. Through the user-friendly web portal, you can quickly review a prioritized list of recommended orders based on proprietary algorithms that continuously adjust reorder points to match real-world demand.

Paws App
Paws App simplifies appointment management, allowing pet owners to easily book, modify, or cancel appointments and update their information via a secure pet portal. The integration uses mobile verification to match client records in ezyVet, retrieve pet names, and post bookings against the correct client and patient files. New clients can register via Paws App, which instantly creates a new profile in ezyVet. Together, these features streamline online booking, automate client onboarding, and strengthen communication - creating a smoother preventive care experience for both clients and your team.

Trupanion Vet Portal
This year saw the launch of the Trupanion Vet Portal, an exciting update to the Trupanion integration that makes managing pet insurance simpler than ever. Practices can now access synced appointment and patient information from ezyVet, send Exam Day Offers, start and track insurance claims, and see which patients have coverage. The portal also provides visibility of claims decisions and enables direct payment from Trupanion at the time of checkout.

Vetcove Home Delivery
Vetcove Home Delivery helps veterinary practices compete with online retailers without sacrificing margin or control. This year, we expanded our Vetcove Home Delivery integration with new Rx writeback functionality. Prescriptions and refills are now automatically written back into the patient’s electronic health record in ezyVet, ensuring a complete and accurate medical history without any manual work.

Managing inventory has never been easier. Vetcove Purchasing Platform’s integration with ezyVet lets your team research products, compare pricing, and check stock across suppliers from one place. Suggested quantities can be added directly to supplier carts, and inventory updates automatically when deliveries arrive. The workflow is faster, more accurate, and keeps your practice stocked and running smoothly.

Vetsource Prescription Management
Vetsource Prescription Management solution gives you everything you need to offer online shopping to your clients, including an online store, custom catalog, merchant services, and marketing support. This year, our integration got a major upgrade this year with the addition of Rx writeback functionality. Prescription events are now automatically logged in the patient’s record, keeping medical histories up to date and eliminating the need for manual data entry.
In addition, upgrades to the ezyVet-Vetsource integration now bring improved client engagement with new SOC functionality, making client communication easier and more efficient.

Diagnostics integrations
This year, we continued to expand the ways ezyVet can connect with leading diagnostic providers. Integrating diagnostics directly into your practice management system helps streamline workflows, reduce manual data entry, and ensures results are available where and when your team needs them. By keeping patient records accurate and accessible at the point of care, diagnostics integrations save time, reduce errors, and support better clinical decision-making.

The integration with ezyVet enables client and patient data to sync automatically between systems, helping practices reduce manual data entry and maintain consistency across digital tools.

Innovation never stands still. We’re always looking for new ways to make ezyVet even more powerful, connected, and intuitive for your team. The following integrations are currently in testing and will soon be available for general release.

The Dodo integration will introduce an AI-powered virtual receptionist to help manage calls, texts, and appointments 24/7. Designed for busy practices, Dodo automates scheduling, appointment reminders, and client FAQs, ensuring clients can always reach you without long hold times or missed opportunities.

This year saw an update to the Antech integration with the introduction of HealthTracks, a digital platform designed to bring all diagnostics into one intuitive view. With HealthTracks, practices can easily access results, view patient history, and review trending data across in-clinic and reference lab results - helping support faster, more informed clinical decisions.
