1. Wellness Plan set up and use

  • Consulting covers: Introduction to Wellness plan creation and usage. Product assessment and audit in preparation for Wellness plan creation. General sign up and maintenance training.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have an in depth understanding of how to create, maintain and use Wellness plans within ezyVet.
  • Delivery: 8 hours remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $770.

2. XERO and ezyVet Integration

  • Consulting covers: Training and guidance on connecting XERO and ezyVet including assistance with configuration, connection and maintenance.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have ezyVet and XERO integrated and understand how to troubleshoot and maintain the XERO dashboard in ezyVet.
  • Delivery: 4 hours remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $910 + $810 Xero connection fee.

3. Inventory and ordering

  • Consulting covers: An audit of your current ezyVet inventory workflows to provides training on the inventory and ordering modules and recommend best practice workflows.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have an in depth understanding the inventory module and the associated workflows within ezyVet.
  • Delivery: 4 hours remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $850.

4. Removing a location from your site

  • Consulting covers: Facilitates the removal of a department or departments from your ezyVet site.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have succesfully removed the relevant locations from your ezyVet site.
  • Delivery: Half or full day remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $850 (half) and $1395 (full).

5. Adding a new location to your site

  • Consulting covers: Facilitates the upgrade (if it’s the first addition) of your ezyVet site and addition of a department or departments to your ezyVet site.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have a new location added to your ezyVet site.
  • Delivery: Half or full day remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $850 (half) and $1395 (full).

6. Templates audit and training.

  • Consulting covers: An audit of your current ezyVet templates and associated workflows. In depth training on creation and use of each template type.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have an in depth understanding of the inventory module and it's associated workflows within ezyVet.
  • Delivery: 4 hours remote consultation.
  • Cost (USD): $850.

7. Template Creation - Basic Package

  • Consulting covers: Our ezyVet consulting team, under your guidance, will build 25 templates of varying types for use in your site.
  • Consulting outcomes: After this consulting you will have 25 new templates in your ezyVet site.
  • Delivery: Remote consultation and creation
  • Cost (USD): $855.

8. Template Creation - Intermediate Package

  • Consulting covers: Our ezyVet consulting team, under your guidance, will build 50 templates of varying types for use in your site.

  • Consulting covers: This is two self paced training courses intended for general users covering ezyVet and Vet Radar general use.
