With Chckvet, there is never an opportunity for an unwanted double booking or missed communication due to a lag in sync time. The online appointments write back where and how you want them to, looking at the existing schedule, your planning guides, and any custom nuances or scheduling rules that each office may have. Chckvet can both create a new client record and an appointment, or match to an existing record using eight different data points, preventing duplicate record creation.

Chckvet was created out of a shared passion for animals. As dedicated pet parents, their team initially set out to build a simpler way to connect pets with great care providers, ensuring that pets get the care they need, when they need it. Chckvet was created by 4 LSU alumni through its computer science program, and then expanded with members whose experience was in building similar software in human dentistry. Their vision has grown into a purpose-built platform that streamlines clinic workflows, enhances communication, and delivers an exceptional experience for veterinary teams and the families they serve.

Chckvet’s goal is to become the gold standard in the veterinary industry for streamlining workflows through automating administrative tasks.
