Terms & Conditions
- Entries will be accepted through form submission from October 1, 2022 and will close on October 20, 2022.
- Entrants must be located in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Cayman Islands, Qatar, Sri Lanka, British Territories, United States Territories, or Puerto Rico.
- Winners will be announced on October 22 on the official ezyVet Instagram account (@ezyVet) via stories.
- Winners will be selected via raffle.
- Prizes of $200 gift cards will be sent via email to winners in their local currency within one week of the winner announcement.
- Each clinic may submit one entry per Veterinarian Technician. A clinic may submit multiple entries, providing that each entry is for a unique staff member.
- By submitting an entry with a photograph, you consent to your clinic's name and image to be reposted to ezyVet's social media accounts, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
