How to use ISL Online for remote access (Microsoft Windows)

Starting November 17th, 2023 you will need to follow the provided instructions to use remote access with ezyVet Support.

To install ISL Light Client, do this procedure.

  1. Go to idexx.com/help.
    1. Note: As an alternative, select the Remote Support button at the lower-right of the ezyVet window:
      Your browser shows the Join a Session screen
  2. In the Enter Session Code box, enter the eight-digit code provided by the ezyVet support agent.

  3. Select Join.Your browser automatically downloads the ISL Light Client installer.
  4. Open the installer.
    1. Note: The file name of the installer is ISL light Client.exe Your device installs the ISL Light Client application.
  5. Select Join. Your device shows the User Account Control dialog box.
  6. Select Yes.
  7. Your device is prepared for remote access.
