VetChip is an animal health monitoring ecosystem based around an implantable smart microchip. The VetChip mobile application is able to connect and link an animal in the ezyVet patient list to the VetChip implant that is implanted into the animal. This implant allows for continuous monitoring of an animal’s health and the biometric indicator readings are wirelessly transmitted via a smart device to the cloud.
VetChip’s ecosystem integrates seamlessly with ezyVet by automatically uploading readings to the animal’s clinical health record in ezyVet’s database when the mobile application is within range of the implant.
