Upgrade Package FAQ's

  • Do I need to pay to upgrade to Version 30?
    • No, the Free Fox package allows you to go through the upgrade process on your own using the Starter Pack as your guide to learn about what to expect once your Version 30 upgrade has occurred
  • Why would I want to pay to upgrade to Version 30 when I can upgrade for free?
    • There are a whole range of benefits that come with the paid upgrade packages, you don't need to take it upon yourself to learn about the new and improved features, get an ezyVet expert to take you through the expected changes, and answer any questions you might have along the way
  • How can I select an Upgrade Package, there are no 'buy now' buttons?
    • You will need to successfully pass the Version 30 Admin Quiz to unlock the upgrade form, pick your Upgrade Package in the last question of the form and then press Submit. Alternatively, get in touch with your Key Account Manager or Sales Representative.
  • What package should I select if I want to customize twig Document Templates for my practice?
    • Either the Premium Panda or Enterprise Elephant packages, depending on the complexity of the template configuration. Simple adjustments can be completed with the Premium Panda, but if additional development work needs to be completed, this will need to be scoped with your implementer in the Enterprise Elephant package with a potential additional cost attached.
  • What if I don't have the capacity for a full day with an implementer?
    • When you purchase a package you're assigned a certain amount of hours (1 day = 8 hours, 2 days = 16 hours, 3 days = 24 hours) you do not need to use your allotted time all in one go, you can break it up over several days. The hours will naturally be split up between the pre Go-Live training and post Go-Live support session
  • What if I want more support?
    • Select the Enterprise Elephant and either chat with your Sales Representative or when you're contacted by your ezyVet Expert you can work together to create a custom package that is right for your clinic
  • There are multiple ezyVet sites within my organization, which package do I pick?
    • Every organization has a unique structure, get in touch with your Key Account Manager, Sales Representative or when you're contacted by your ezyVet Expert you can work together to create a custom package that is right for your clinic
